It’s the weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To say I am happy about this development is an understatement.
I have a busy day ahead of me. I am heading to the Niagara peninsula to have lunch with family, then spend the afternoon swimming in my parents’ pool. In the evening, I am going to Starbs with some girlfriends and then heading to a picnic on the beach.
It is a tough life, but someone has to do it.
Because of this itinerary, I doubt I will post again today. But just think of the epic post tomorrow. EPIC.
For breakfast this morning, I made a Green Monster! I am in as much love with these as the first day I tried one.
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 1 sliced, frozen banana
- 1/2 sliced, frozen peach
- Large handful of baby spinach
A little while later, I had a bagel and an eggel (coined courtesy of Callie!)
A whole wheat bagel toasted with a bit of margarine and 1 egg + 1/4 cup egg whites microwaved to form an “eggel”.
Topped with black pepper and hot sauce.
Now I need to get this show on the road. I’ve got to figure out something to wear. This may prove troublesome…
She has hijacked the clean laundry and she won’t give up easily. Trust me on this one.
