What a creative subject heading, eh?
For a snack today, I had baby carrots. Good, old, reliable baby carrots.
And, for lunch, a salad!
- Baby spinach
- Veggie round/beans (leftover taco mix from last week – eek!)
- Sliced cucumber
- Sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 sliced tomato
- Croutons (discovered in the back of my cupboard)
- Cubed cheddar cheese
- Balsamic Vinaigrette
