Lentils: The Official Legume (?) of this Blog
After declaring I was going to eat more calories today, I wasn’t even that hungry for my morning snack. I just ate the carrots and not the almonds/dried apricots I packed, but there is always this afternoon!
For lunch, I cut up some of my usual salad veggies (spinach, mushrooms, cucumber, tomato, broccoli) and topped it off with a bit of cubed cheddar cheese and some leftover Snobby Joe mix!
And to complete this lunch of champions, I had two squares of Lindt Sea Salt Dark Chocolate. Humina.
I am ready for it to be Canada Day now (meaning I no longer have to be at work). Is it time to go home yet?
