Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
Even though I was still full from dinner, I had a completely filling breakfast. I am always wary to skimp on breakfast, or skip it entirely. When the hunger beast rears its ugly head around 10 am, I am powerless! I try to avoid all confrontations with the hunger beast.
Now, I am REALLY full (Talk to me in an hour, though).
This is another protein-packed breakfast. It contains:
- 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch
- 1/2 cup of 0% Greek yogurt
- Large handful of fresh blueberries
- 4 sliced strawberries
It is a rainy, gloomy day here in Toronto. It was one of those days you look out the window and wish, with all of your might, to spend the day on the couch with a big cup of coffee and a stack of magazines all the while wearing expandable pants!
Alas, it is not meant to be.
