I am honoured to present to you THE BREAKFAST THAT CONTAINS 32 GRAMS OF PROTEIN!!!
This bowl of goodness contains:
- 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch
- 1/2 cup of 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 sliced banana
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
The cereal has 9 grams of protein, the yogurt 20 grams, the banana 2.5, and the blueberries 0.5.
I expect to be full until sometime tomorrow afternoon 😉
